1. Who we are

DigiSushi (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the maker of the DigiSushi mobile app (the “App”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information. If you create a profile, we collect a display name and, if you choose to add one, an avatar image.

Gameplay data. Combos you create, names you give them, points and creativity scores, ingredients unlocked, and other in-app progress.

User-generated content. Anything you post to your public Top Collection or share with the Community — including creation names and ratings you give or receive.

Device and usage data. Device type, operating system, app version, and general usage analytics (e.g., which screens are used, session length).

Purchase data. If you buy Chef Pass or any other in-app purchase, our payment processor (Apple App Store / Google Play) handles your payment details directly — we do not receive or store your card number.

Advertising data. If you view in-app ads, our ad partner(s) may collect an advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads. See Section 6.

3. How we use this information

• To operate core gameplay: crafting, saving your Library, unlocking Wild-tier ingredients, and tracking points/creativity score
• To power Community features: showing your Top Collection to other users and letting you browse/rate theirs
• To process purchases (Chef Pass) through the app store’s billing system
• To show ads and measure their performance
• To fix bugs, improve the App, and understand aggregate usage patterns
• To communicate with you about the App (e.g., support requests, policy updates)

4. What’s public

Your display name and anything you pin to your Top Collection are visible to other users in the Community tab, along with any ratings you give or receive. Your full Library, points, and creativity score are private to you unless you choose to share a specific creation.

5. Sharing creations

The share feature generates a link or image for a specific creation you choose to share. Anyone with that link can view the shared creation.

6. Third parties

We may use third-party services for:

• Advertising — to serve and measure the interstitial ads shown in the App
• Analytics — to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns
• Payments — Apple App Store / Google Play process all purchases, including Chef Pass

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect.

We use third-party advertising and analytics providers to serve ads and understand app usage. These providers may collect device identifiers and other technical data as described in their own privacy policies.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

8. Data retention

We retain gameplay and account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10).

9. Your choices

• You can edit or delete individual creations from your Library at any time.
• You can unpin anything from your Top Collection, making it private again.
• You can turn off personalized ads and notifications in Settings, where supported by your device.
• You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting us (Section 10).
