By downloading, installing, or using the DigiSushi app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
What you create. You retain ownership of the names and combinations you create in the App. By pinning a creation to your Top Collection or sharing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App and in any promotional materials for the App.
Community conduct. When naming creations, rating others, or interacting in the Community tab, you agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Ratings. Ratings are meant to reflect genuine feedback. Manipulating ratings (e.g., coordinated rating campaigns, fake accounts) is prohibited.
Chef Pass is a one-time purchase that removes ads and grants a fixed point bonus, as described in the App at time of purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
The App shows video ads at set points during gameplay (currently, after every 4 creations saved to your Library) unless you’ve purchased Chef Pass. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks; we don’t control the specific ads shown.

The App, including its design, ingredient artwork, and underlying code, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond normal use of the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular ingredient, points total, or Wild-tier unlock timeline will remain unchanged — game balance and content may be adjusted over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
